As someone that paints furniture for a living, I get to tell you all about one of my favorite sidekicks..it's my little secret..so shhh don't tell anyone!

At one time I only would paint furniture with a paint brush, but that was when I was doing it just for myself.  But, recently I've been doing anywhere from 7 - 10 pieces a week.  We all know that can be extremely time consuming & almost near impossible.

I was given the opportunity to try the Wagner Sprayer Flexio 590.

I have used the Wagner Flexio 590 on multiple projects, big & small.

The most recent projects I used it on was a dining room table set & an armoire.

The dining room table & 4 chairs I did two coats.  Each coat took me about 45 minutes for the table and 4 chairs.,, Can we say HALLALUJAHHHHhhhh!?!

Normally I'd be working on the table & chairs for the entire day.  Chairs are time consuming.

I also recently redid this beautiful armoire for a client.

Spraying this armoire with my Wagner Flexio 590 made the job not only quicker, but it was much easier to get into the nooks of the inside.

I was even able to use the spray on the doors to spray the metal.  They turned out amazing.

The Wagner sprayer helped me move through my day on this armoire in a timely manner.  I absolutely love that.

Some of my favorite things about the Wagner Flexio 590 is that it is easy to setup, easy to clean and easy to use!  I love that on the top of the sprayer there is a dial in which you can easily adjust the spray level.

Both of my above projects I used Benjamin Moore advance paint.  I've used General Finishes paint with the sprayer as well.  I also used General Finishes HPTC (High Performance Top Coat) and even stain with this sprayer!!

It also come in this really great carrying case which I love to store it in. And, it helps when I move from the basement to garage in keeping everything together.

With both of these projects I sprayed indoors (with proper ventilation, wearing my mask) and there was minimal over spray.  Really the only place you could tell that I had been spraying was on the floor under the furniture.

Clean up is easy.  I have a skinny cleaning brush that I use.  I usually clean my sprayer right after I use it, so the cleaning is fairly simple.  For paint I just use water.  If I have used a top coat or stain, I use a mix of water and mineral spirits or lacquer depending on if it is oil or water based.  All of this information can be found either on Wagner's website or in the manual you receive with the sprayer.

Some details about the sprayer -

FLEXiO 590 Sprayer
The FLEXiO 590 is an indoor/outdoor hand-held sprayer kit for all projects. It combines the iSpray® nozzle, detail finish nozzle and the X-Boost® turbine to provide the most flexible and powerful painting solution offered.
Not only is it more powerful, it is also 50% quieter and 20% lighter than traditional airless sprayers.
The iSpray nozzle sprays unthinned residential paints for broad surfaces both indoors and out. The detail finish nozzle is ideal for small projects and fine finishing.

The FLEXiO Sprayer produces a slightly stippled, roller-like finish, perfect for interior walls. Edges, corners and broad interior surfaces can now be sprayed faster for better coverage and with some basic masking, you are saved from the tedious efforts of a brush, saving time for other projects.
