Well friends this winds us down to the last (but certainly not least) of the giveaways for the "I am grateful" series.
As I prepare for this last post about what I am grateful for, and looking back over each of my posts this month, I realize that I didn't even touch on half of what I am grateful for. But, I feel today is when I need to highlight that I am so very grateful for my abilities to do what I do. To be able to create, paint, build, etc has given more opportunities in this life that I never could've imagined.
I was able to audition and be on one of my all time favorite TV shows...HGTV Flea Market Flip (you can read about my experience HERE, HERE, HERE, & HERE). Never in my wildest dreams did I think that would happen. I feel incredibly blessed to have had that experience.
I've been invited to attend many amazing events from conferences to VIP announcement parties to launch events. I've met some pretty awesome celebrities...which is always fun!
I've met and have become friends with people I never would've otherwise met. I've been able to paint pieces for clients that I've become friends with & dearly love! Some of my customers pieces are for their children, and to see their eyes light up when they get their furniture home makes my heart so happy.
I've been given the opportunity to work with some of the most amazing brands including paint brands. I've formed friendships with some pretty fantastic owners of these companies.
I am forever grateful that I've been given my creative mind and my hands to hold the talent to create!!! I am grateful that I have a job that I truly love!
One of my favorite paint brands that I've been so fortunate to work with is General Finishes.
I've painted many pieces with this fantastic paint line. This post will take you to see many of projects that I used General Finishes products on.
I absolutely love General Finishes paint from milk paint to chalk style, gel stain, top coats...all of it.
The paint goes on so smooth, adheres amazingly, and distressing is a dream.

Great giveaway, thanks to you and General Finishes, products get really expensive and in order to have some variety it is necessary to purchase a lot! Thanks again, God Bless!!!
ReplyDeleteI try to live by the Golden Rule and treat others as I would like to be treated, and sometimes that means being grateful that I can bite my tongue. :) This is a wonderful giveaway. I've had the opportunity to watch General Finishes videos, but being new to furniture refinishing and painting have only been able to use one of their products so far. And boy, was it hard to choose just one. I'd love to branch out and try lots more. :)
